We also focus on many other types of carbon capture carbon credit projects, and we are working on:

  • Keeping Thermal Coal in the Ground (Coal Sequestration)
  • Fugitive Methane from Marginal Wells (Plug & Abandon Marginal Wells, Oil & Gas)
  • Micronized Coal
  • Green Cement
  • Graphene Battery & Motor Energy
  • Vertical Axis Wind Turbines
  • Methane to SRNG
  • Natural Gas to Jet Fuel

Snowfox Projects in Motion

Keeping Thermal Coal in the Ground (Coal Sequestration)
This methodology involves preserving thermal coal reserves underground to prevent mining and combustion, thereby avoiding greenhouse gas emissions associated with coal extraction and use. It qualifies for carbon credits by quantifying the emissions avoided compared to business-as-usual scenarios.

Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (Reviar)
Reviar vertical axis wind turbines generate renewable electricity with designs suited for urban or variable wind conditions, offsetting fossil fuel reliance. Carbon credits are awarded based on the clean energy produced and emissions avoided from conventional power sources.

Fugitive Methane from Marginal Wells (Plug & Abandon Marginal Wells, Oil & Gas)
This approach focuses on plugging and abandoning marginal oil and gas wells to stop fugitive methane leaks, a potent greenhouse gas. Carbon credits are generated based on measured reductions in emissions, providing funding incentives for well remediation.

Micronized Coal
This technology micronizes coal by disintegrating it into fine particles through resonance, enabling more efficient combustion and reduced emissions in power generation. This can support carbon credits by improving fuel efficiency and lowering overall GHG output from coal use.

Green Cement ( Seamix & Hurricane Composites)
Green cement methodologies, such as those involving Seamix’s proprietary blends, reduce emissions in cement production by using alternative materials, energy-efficient processes, or carbon capture. Credits are earned by demonstrating lower CO2 intensity compared to traditional cement manufacturing. Once cured the cement then absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere creating carbon removal credits. The basalt rebar used in conjunction with Seamix, known as Hurricane Composites, also creates carbon credits by reducing emissions in manufacturing vs traditional rebar.

Methane to SRNG
This methodology converts captured methane into sustainable, renewable natural gas (SRNG), preventing atmospheric release and creating a low-carbon fuel alternative. Credits are quantified via emissions avoided and the GHG benefits of the conversion process. We work with local, state, and county offices to monitor ongoing regulatory requirements, laws, and credit authorization and opportunities.

Natural Gas to Jet Fuel
This process converts natural gas into jet fuel through gas-to-liquids technology, producing cleaner aviation fuels with lower lifecycle emissions. Carbon credits are available under clean fuel programs for the reduced GHG intensity compared to conventional jet fuel.
